BLACKBERRY GIN FIZZ

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin

  • 1 oz Blackberry Simple Syrup

  • 1 oz Lemon Juice

  • 2 Small Rosemary Fig

  • 2 Blackberries

  • Sparkling Water

DIRECTIONS:

Add your simple syrup, lemon juice and 1 rosemary fig to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for at least 10 seconds. Add ice to the top of your cocktail glass. Pour contents over the ice. Next add your sparkling water until it is 3/4 of the way up the glass. Lastly layer your gin on top of the sparkling water. Garnish with 1 rosemary fig and 2 blackberries. Enjoy!
