RASPBERRY MOJITO

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz Rum

  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup

  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • 8 Raspberries

  • 4 Mint Leaves

  • 1 Mint Leaf Stick

  • Sparkling Water

DIRECTIONS:

Add 5 Raspberries and 4 Mint Leaves to a cocktail shaker. Add your lime juice and simple syrup. Muddle all together. Next add in your rum and ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add crushed ice to your cocktail glass and pour cocktail mixture over the top. Fill the rest of the glass with sparkling water. Garnish with 3 raspberries and your mint leaf stick. Enjoy!
