RASPBERRY HIBISCUS MULE
INGREDIENTS:
Raspberries
Mint Leaves
2 oz Vodka or Gin
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
Hibiscus Ginger Beer
DIRECTIONS:
Add your raspberries, mint leaves & vodka or gin to a cocktail shaker. Muddle together until all raspberries are mushed. Next add your simple syrup and lime juice. Add ice and shake for about 20 seconds. Strain your contents and pour over ice in a cocktail glass. Top off with hibiscus flavored ginger beer. Garnish with Mint Leaves and fresh Raspberries. Enjoy!
